About Us

Communication Coach Online

The Communication Coach Online is produced by the Communication & Social Marketing (CSM) Center, offering regularly updated, practical communication training, resources, and best practices to Safe Schools/Healthy Students (SS/HS) grantees nationwide.

The CSM Center is committed to the success of SS/HS grantees by providing communication training and technical assistance through tools, such as the Communication Coach Online, as well as training in the areas of communication planning, social marketing, materials development, Web and Web 2.0, communicating evaluation data, audience development, message development, spokesperson training, and more.

The CSM Center supports the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) mission to “reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America’s communities.” The team is a partnership of ICF International, The Gallup Organization, and Kauffman & Associates, Inc.
